About Us

Hill GmbH Oberflächentechnik, based in Pforzheim, is an experienced provider of customized solutions for the surface pretreatment of plastics and metal surfaces. Since its founding on April 1, 2000, our focus has been on the development and manufacture of flame treatment systems and burner systems that meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency.

Our systems specifically improve the adhesion properties of plastic and metal surfaces – including before printing, laminating, painting, or bonding – and are used in a wide variety of industries. In addition to technical development, close coordination with individual customer requirements is a key focus.

In May 2005, we moved to our current location at Straße zum Obsthof 13. The company's growth was accompanied by a continuous expansion of its infrastructure: a new factory hall was built in 2010, followed by another hall in 2019 to expand production capacity to over 2,000 m².

We accompany our customers from planning through production to commissioning, and also offer technical support and service. Our goal is to provide functional and durable solutions for industrial surface treatment – sound, practical, and application-oriented.
